We are excited to share a new paper from the lab in Cell Metabolism, where we describe how we can selectively modulate fat absorption. By modulating bile acids, we can promote excretion of saturated fats, but preserve the uptake of polyunsaturated fats to improve metabolic health. These studies we co-led by Alvin, Kelsey, and Rochelle!
