What a way to ring in 2020 with not one, but two papers accepted from the lab! First, we performed silencing of microRNA-144 in pre-clinical models of atherosclerosis. Second, in collaboration with Jan Kornfeld, we discovered a MAFG-lncRNA axis that links nutrient abundance and hepatic glucose metabolism.
