Congrats to our post-doc Dr. Heidi Schmidt on a first prize poster at the UCLA SCORE JOINT Symposium on Sex-Related Differences in Metabolism!

Heidi, a woman with loose, shoulder-length blonde hair and multicolored nail polish, smiles while holding a blue rosette ribbon labeled “Early Career Investigator 2024.” She wears a Tarling & Vallim Labs uniform and stands indoors at a conference, near a large glass door marked “Exit.” — Heidi Schmidt
